I.P.S.C. MACAU is the top management of I.P.S.C. sport in Macao. Its headquarters must be in Macao. It will engage the I.P.S.C. activities and execute the jurisdiction in Macao.

Objective of I.P.S.C. MACAU:

1. To encourage, promote, supervise and lead I.P.S.C. in Macao under the jurisdiction, e.g. hold the local matches and attend the matches in mainland China and abroad;
2. Maintain the relation between International Practical Shooting Confederation (I.P.S.C.) and the local associations;
3. Hold and supervise the periodical or applicable matches in Macao in order to promote I.P.S.C.;
4. As the representative of the local associations in Macao and abroad;
5. Maintain and ensure the legal rights of the local associations.

The sport of IPSC was first introduced into Macau in 1996. Despite the limited resources available at that time, the sport was highly praised by enthusiastic the sportsmen and sportswomen. In 1998, the Macau Practical Shooting Club (MPSC) was inaugurated, the first and only IPSC shooting club in Macau. Before MPSC was officially founded, a lot of assistance was received from our neighbouring territories and IPSC international in the areas of training and coaching. Since then, qualified shooters from the club have participated in a series of international IPSC shooting events. To further promote the sport of IPSC in Macao, the IPSC Macau Association was officially formed in 2001.

IPSC is a favorite sport in the world now. Wherever an international match is held, hundred of shooters and their family will be there to join the match and have the sightseeing.
In the past, due to the nature and scale of this club, it was not possible to hold the international I.P.S.C. match.
We held the Hongkong-Macao invitational tournament at 1998 and 1999 eventually. And there were around 80 shooters attended the match each time.
Whenever we attended the international match, the shooters from the world always show their interesting in attending the match in Macao. The attractiveness is even higher than the cities around Macao. As Macao is a city promoting tourism, if there is an international match held in Macao, it will be a great opportunity to promote IPSC in Macao.

SHOOT SAFE, HAVE FUN, BE A GOOD SHOOTER

I.P.S.C. Firearm Member Requirement:

1. 21 years old or above.
2. Member fee Mop$200 per month, admission fee Mop$500 (Once only).
3. Member fee should be paid annually, (if the payment is late more than one month, re-admission is required).
4. A 18 hours I.P.S.C. course will be provided.
5. Theory Class: Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 21:30-23:30 (Instructor will make the final arrangement).
6. Examination: Exam fee Mop$100 (after passed the exam).
7. Range Slot: Every Saturday 09:00-17:00.
8. All members and officers must follow the IPSC rules and regulation.
